Want to learn more about yoga? Are you looking for a place to learn more about yoga, but aren't sure where to start? Join nurse practitioner, studio owner and yogini, Taylor Ann, for a class dedicated to learning more about yoga poses, answering questions about them, and trying them out for yourself in a safe and judgement free zone. This class aims to break down various postures into their most basic shapes so you can get a better understanding of them.
